FORT MYERS, Fla. (April 20, 2012) – Verandah will participate in the National Association of Realtors' 2012 Nationwide Open House on Saturday, April 28 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and April 29 from noon to 5 p.m. The coast-to-coast event is designed to encourage buyers and potential buyers to browse for-sale homes in their area.
Visitors to Verandah during the Open House will have the opportunity to tour 12 single-family and villa homes and explore the amenities of the 1,456-acre Fort Myers community, created by Bonita Bay Group along a 1.75-mile stretch of the Orange River.
The homes, priced from under $300,000 to nearly $1 million, offer from 2,159 square feet to 3,674 square feet of living space plus golf, nature and lake views.
Participants also will learn about Verandah's Natural Selection of Savings, a builder and developer incentive program offering free upgrades such as pools and summer kitchens, pricing discounts and complementary golf and sports memberships at Verandah Club.
"The National Association of Realtors reports that housing affordability is at its highest level since 1970," said Kelli Eastman. "Prices at Verandah are already discounted as much as 45 percent. Favorable interest rates – plus the incentives offered by our preferred builders and Bonita Bay Group – have created prime buying opportunities."
Verandah offers villa homes and estate, custom and traditional single-family homes in several neighborhoods, including homes available for immediate occupancy. Home and homesite packages are priced from the low $190,000s to more than $1 million, and pricing on custom homesites now starts in the $50,000s.
Homes open for viewing will be designated by blue-and-white balloons bearing the Realtor logo.
